Thank you so much for considering Steve Gladen for your event. Because of his commitment to his family and full-time small group ministry at Saddleback Church, Steve is not able to accept many requests though he does consider every invitation. Here is some information for you to consider:

(1) In an effort to remain focused on his commitment to the Saddleback Church small group ministry and to his passion to train small group point people and leaders, Steve only speaks to small group types. He regretfully does not accept other requests (i.e. church retreats, marriage conferences, etc.).

(2) Due to the demands of our small group ministry and Steve’s schedule, it could take a several weeks for us to respond to your request, although we’ll do everything we can to expedite an answer.

(3) Unfortunately Steve is not able to make a commitment for opportunities that are more than 12 months out.

(4) Lastly, please make every effort to give specific answers to the questions on the agreement. This will help eliminate further delay in getting you a final response.
